It is always fun to revisit photos taken from years ago, especially when they are over 10 years old. With our impending trip overseas I thought I would have a look back at the photos I took when I visited Europe with my mum and sister in 2007 when I was 18. We visited Dubai, Greece, Amsterdam, France and London in about 3 weeks and I took photos on a point and shoot camera of our trip. Even though I didn't take photos of everything we did, there are so many memories that come flooding back of other things we did just by looking at a photo. The sounds and smells, the food and drinks, the people and the experiences. The sense of adventure and awe you get when exploring a new place, especially with people you love. There is a great sense of nostalgia you get when looking through old photos, and excitement for the adventures to come.
