6 months around Europe in van called Matilda

After planning the trip for at least 6 months, and talking about it for a few years, in May 2018 we found ourselves in London with a van we called Matilda ready to head off on the road for just over 6 months.
We visited so many amazing countries and have so many photos to share so we will be sharing a journal for each of the countries below over the coming months.
We have also put together a guide for anyone else who is thinking of hitting the road and trying out van life.
