Lake Pedder

A last minute decision to go camping on Saturday resulted in us driving to Lake Pedder for the weekend. We couldn't resist stopping off at Mt Field National Park to see Russell Falls and Horseshoe Falls on the way. With a quick stop at the Sentinel Range we watched the sun start to go down over the rugged peaks and white quartzite cliffs before driving to Teds Beach at Lake Pedder to camp for the night. Sunday morning was windy and pouring with rain so we headed to Gordon Dam to make the most of the moody overcast weather before heading home!
